Proviso

In your application, please include a statement of service from your employer(s) that is signed and dated on a company letterhead and includes the following information:

  • Confirmation that you have at least two years full-time (or equivalent) work experience in teaching or education;
  • Position title;
  • Duration of employment;
  • Mode of employment (i.e. full-time, if casual or part-time please state the number of hours); and,
  • Duties performed.

If you are employed by Queensland Department of Education the HR Reporting - Service History is also acceptable.
